We loved this hotel! The location was perfect next to the small fountain and right in the centre of the old city walls. The staff were friendly and always helpful in everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with fresh apple juice, mint tea, pancakes, local bread and omelet. The hotel had great cleanliness and facilities.
Everything is what we need and want.

We loved the location next to a small fountain, surrounded by the city wall. Despite being hard to find, we enjoyed wandering through the alleys of the old city. the staff was friendly, the room and bathroom were well-maintained, and breakfast was delicious. the terrace provided a lovely view of the city and was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Plus, the owner was helpful in providing a map and pointing out the points of interest.
The Riad didn't offer a swimming pool which was a disappointment for us, especially on hot days.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel in a small alley in the heart of the historic city walls. The location was just perfect, as it allowed me to truly immerse myself in the local culture and avoid the usual tourist crowds. There was even a charming food market just down the alley where I could sample delicious Moroccan delicacies. In terms of the hotel itself, the service was top-notch and the room amenities were fantastic. From the air conditioning to the sitting area, everything was designed with comfort in mind. I especially appreciated the in-room safe, as it provided added peace of mind during my stay. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, always available to assist with any request. Whether it was room service or laundry, they went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and comfortable stay. This place has it all - from its central location to its outstanding service.

The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The staff were polite and attentive, offering to help with everything we needed. The terrace was a lovely place to unwind and relax after a busy day.
The alleyways leading to the hotel were dark and confusing, making it difficult to find the hotel at night. there was no reception or clear means of communicating with the staff, making it impossible to get assistance when we needed it.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their face. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with fresh towels provided every day. the hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants.
The breakfast, which lacked variety and was often cold. the Wi-Fi was also slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to work during my business trip.
